We are a company that practices business ethically, we will not ratchet up the cost of the storage after capturing your business, we guarantee there will be no increase for the first year thereafter and only ones in line with inflation thereafter if any. We produce bills on a calender month basis which means 12 even payments throughout the year.

We do not require a notice period for you to leave, we just ask you are paid up to date.

We do not make excessive margins on insurance, packaging materials or padlocks.

We let you move units without any penalties or notice periods. As long as space is available, it is yours, whether bigger or smaller in size.

We keep our costs competitive by continually looking for ways to reduce costs, while not compromising on safety, security and customer satisfaction. For example, we use LED lighting that automatically shut down if there is a lighting fault & have just upgraded our cameras to reduce electrical consumption while improving security through resolution & low light capability.

Both the fire and intruder alarms are linked via Red Care to the respective emergency services.

We have a private fire main and good access for the emergency services.
